GTR TECH CORPORATION RETURN GUIDELINES

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service department.

Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned to GTR Tech Corporation. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order for GTR Tech Corporation to process your RMA. An item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at GTR Tech Corporation’s discretion, unless otherwise required by law.

All items sold through GTR Tech Corporation are subject to our Policy and Agreement. Physically damaged items cannot be returned.

All returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Products whose labels have been defaced, altered, are missing or which no longer contain a legible valid serial number will not be accepted for warranty service. In addition, for the customer's protection, warranty service is not available for products determined to be stolen, scrapped or otherwise removed from normal service. Products that are returned to GTR Tech Corporation with a defaced, altered, missing, or no longer valid serial number will be refused RMA service and returned to you.

This is our Detailed Standard Return Policy. Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by GTR Tech Corporation.com are covered by this Standard Return Policy. Merchandise under this Standard Return Policy may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All items returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Outside Manufacturer's Warranties

ALL PRODUCTS ASIDE FROM THE UPPER AND LOWER INTAKE FANS, PCI-EXPRESS AND PCI RISERS, AND THE KAPTON RIBBON CABLE ARE SOLD BY GTR "AS-IS" OR "WITH ALL FAULTS." ANY WARRANTIES THAT THESE PRODUCTS MAY HAVE WILL NOT BE HONORED BY GTR. YOU MUST CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER OF THE PRODUCT DIRECTLY RATHER THAN GTR TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION IS SUBJECT TO A WARRANTY FROM THAT MANUFACTURER.

The GT3 power supply is warranted through the manufacturer, FSP Group. The power supply has a three year limited warranty provided by FSP Group. Power supply tech support and returns are made through FSP Group. For power supply support and warranty claims, contact FSP at:

Please note that products in this category are non-refundable, unless otherwise indicated.

These products must be returned directly to the product manufacturer for repair or replacement, unless otherwise required by law. For these items, the warranty policy provided by the product manufacturer usually requires that any returns, repairs etc. be requested and processed directly by the consumer (or "end-user") of the item.

Physical Damage Policy

Physically damaged items cannot be returned to GTR Tech Corporation.

Physical damage includes (but is not limited to) improper handling and any other type of damage sustained by irregular use.

If you return any physically damaged item to GTR Tech Corporation.com, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
